Program for the Autumn Reception 2022

Arrival at Koldinghus

Welcome to Kolding and Autumn Reception by Pernille Holmskov, Head of Culture and Events, Triangle Region Denmark.

Introduction to today's programme by Jon Noe, Relocation Coordinator, Municipality of Kolding.

Introduction to the royal castle of Koldinghus and the present exhibitions.

Koldinghus, Jutland’s last royal castle, has played an important role in the history of Denmark throughout the more than 750 years of its existence. It has served as a part of the border defences, as a royal residence, and as the seat of the local representatives of the Danish central government.

Today Koldinghus is a modern museum and a world-class attraction with an award-winning restoration and large international exhibitions.

We meet in the castle courtyard by the fountain and walk together to Legeparken.

Lunch at Legeparken

International Community Trekantområdet is hosting a sandwich and water.

The official program ends after lunch – but you are welcome to stay and have fun for the rest of the day!
