Strength Positions

We are 7 strong and independent municipalities with our own ambitions and qualities. We have a natural focus on creating the best possible conditions for our own citizens and businesses. But we are also neighbors, and many things bind us together. Therefore, we have a common ambition to collaborate, while also competing with each other.

Together we are a significant growth center in the middle of Denmark. This is largely due to our location, our infrastructure, and the strong entrepreneurial culture. And it is due to strong actors and initiatives in each of the 7 municipalities. But it is also because we work together on our common strength positions. When we stand together, we are stronger. We want to leverage this when we have common interests.

The core of our collaboration is therefore what physically and structurally binds us together – and creates the foundation for continued sustainable growth: Joint municipal planning, infrastructure, climate and energy, as well as positioning and advocacy in relation to our common strength positions.
