WIN4SMEs – Workplace Innovation for SMEs
The Triangle Region Denmark is a partner in the Erasmus+ project
WIN4SMEs is an ambitious Erasmus+ COVE project (Centre of Vocational Excellence) that brings together vocational schools, higher education institutions and business promotion organizations across seven European countries to promote workplace innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The purpose of the project is to build regionally anchored CoVEs in Germany, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Lithuania, the Netherlands and Poland under one international umbrella. With a total of 20 partners and 70 associated organizations, WIN4SMEs contributes to strengthening cooperation between educational institutions and SMEs with a focus on innovation, organizational development and skills development.
Key areas and output
- Development of tools and learning programs within HR management, process optimization, employee engagement and innovation in the work environment at three educational levels.
- Testing, evaluation and permanent implementation of solutions in close dialogue with SMEs and educational stakeholders.
- Knowledge sharing and dissemination to the 70 associated institutions through training and promotion activities
The Triangle Region Denmark's role
The Triangle Region, together with International Business College in Kolding, actively contributes to developing and adapting the project's tools so they match local needs in the Triangle Region – both regarding management practices, innovation and skills development.

- Project period: March 2024 – March 2028
- Geographical coverage: Denmark (including the Triangle Region), Germany, Finland, Hungary, Lithuania, the Netherlands and Poland with connections to Ukraine.
